4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Helpful Hands reserves the right to reschedule services due to illness, emergencies, or severe weather.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Disclose any relevant safety concerns
  • Ensure pets are secured if necessary
  • Clearly communicate expectations and service needs

Helpful Hands reserves the right to discontinue services if the environment is unsafe or inappropriate.

Helpful Hands is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing home conditions
  • Accidental damages not caused by negligence
  • Decisions made by clients based on general assistance provided

Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service.
